Through user testing and analysis of the old site, we uncovered crucial user pain points and created a strategy that met Carl Black's business objectives and optimized the user experience. 

Design Mobile First

55%+ of traffic arrived on mobile devices

Focus on the User Finding the Car

Users had to click through 7 pages to reach vehicle search results. 

Drive Users to the Contact Page

The primary business objective is to get users to the dealership site.
