MARKET ANALYSES

With its potentially high subscription-price model, I analyzed the type of market FlexDrive would have to attract and the behaviors that would need to be exhibited for such a product to be a success. Specifically, we interviewed company stakeholders and sent out surveys to their customer lists to gather data on the ideal user. To determine concept obstacles, we conducted extensive competitive analyses and examined how cars were loaned out from dealerships and its associated insurance costs. 

LAUNCH SITE UX/UI

I designed UI/UX and created content for a one-pager marketing site to gauge interest of idea nationally to further validate the concept.

 
 
 

MVP Product Strategy

 I determined the features for MVP of the Consumer App by determining primary user behaviors that needed to be address when the app would launch. See some Examples below:
